The goal of Empower's Acumatica Support Pack is to maximize the use and functionality of the system. Leveraging the experience of Empowers’ consultants, customers can receive Help Desk resources and other services included below for a set monthly price. The intention is to help end-users maximize their use of Acumatica ERP.
Acumatica Support includes:
- Help desk and troubleshooting of issues with the current Acumatica installation. “How to” type questions or receiving an unknown error message, are examples
- Responses to issues and cases within 24 hours are dependent on the severity
- Support via phone and email during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday
- Quarterly software and process review
- New product features and updates review with each new release of Acumatica. Two major releases are guaranteed by Acumatica annually
- Scope of Work for upgrade planning (services required to perform the upgrade and testing not included)
- A discounted rate when purchasing a bulk lot of consulting hours
