Acumatica ERP Support includes
Help Desk Support
Help desk and troubleshooting of issues with the current Acumatica installation. Support via phone and email during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Responses to issues and cases within 24 hours (dependent on the severity).
Quarterly Software & Process Review
Quarterly software and process review. New product features and updates review with each new release of Acumatica. Two major releases are guaranteed by Acumatica annually.
Upgrade Planning
Scope of Work for upgrade planning (services required to perform the upgrade and testing not included). A discounted rate when purchasing a bulk lot of consulting hours.
